Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada only.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Pacific are generally dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day. Because our products are handmade in small batches, an order may occasionally require additional processing time.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

United States: Domestic orders are normally delivered within 3 to 6 business days. In some cases, shipping may take longer due to distance.

Canada: Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing. The available shipping charge is shown at checkout and is paid by the customer.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Standard domestic shipping within the United States is free unless otherwise stated at checkout. Free domestic shipping offers do not apply to Canadian orders unless an offer specifically says otherwise.

CANADIAN DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT CHARGES

Canadian orders may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and, when applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

TRACKING AND DELAYS

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Carrier scans, customs processing, weather, and distance can affect the delivery estimate.

ADDRESS CHANGES

We can change a delivery address only before the order has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed.

P.O. BOXES AND U.S. MILITARY ADDRESSES

We ship to U.S. P.O. boxes and eligible U.S. military addresses using postal services. Courier delivery may not be available for these addresses.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we will cancel and refund the unavailable item and dispatch the remainder of the order.
