All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will ship the available items and notify you regarding the missing item. You may choose a refund for the out-of-stock product or wait for restock. We may make a special batch just for you. If that happens your order time may get slightly extended.

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. Because every batch of Shal Radiance is handmade in the USA, there may be rare occasions where your order takes an extra day or two to leave our studio — but most orders go out right away.
